First up today, I got mot tropical smoothie and this is one of my favorites ways to actually make kale taste good.  
                                                                 1-Tropical Shake

                                 1 Serving            Prep:1 min          Blend:2 min           Total: 3 min   

Ingredients: 
  • 3/4 cup Silk Coconut
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup pineapple.
  • 1/2 cup mango.
  • 1 cup kale.
  • 1/2 tsp ginger, freshly grated.
Instructions:

1-It all starts with some coconut milk in my blender and to that.

2-I'm adding some yummy tropical flavors like banana, pineapple and mango.

3-I'm also adding a whole lot of kale, don't I swear it's gonna work out :). 

4-I'm gonna finish this off with a little bit of ginger then press blend.  


                              2-Vanilla avocado Shake

                                 1 Serving            Prep:1 min          Blend:1 min           Total: 2 min

Next up on today's green shake extravaganza is my vanilla avocado smoothie. 

Ingredients: 
  • ¾ cup Silk Creamy Cashew
  • 1 cup greens
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 banana
  • 1-2 tbsp vanilla protein powder
Instructions:

1-This smoothie start's with some silk creamy cashew in my blender.

2- To that, I'm adding a whole lot of greens, some avocado and one banana for creaminess.

3- let's add some vanilla protein powder we're gonna blend all that up to get a delicious beverage that will keep you full until lunch.

                                                    3-Citrus Green Shake 

                               1 Serving            Prep:1 min          Blend:2 min           Total: 3 min

Next, we've got our sweet citrus smoothie.

Ingredients:

  •  ¾ cup orange juice.
  • 1 cup baby spinach.
  • 2 clementines, peeled.
  • ½ avocado.
Instructions:

1-This one starts with some orange juice 

2-To that I'm adding a whole lot of spinach

3-Let's add the 2 peeled 2 clementines, You can really use any kind of oranges you want in this.

4-Finally, I'm going to add half an avocado for some creaminess and press blend.

                                                 Peachy Green Tea Smoothie

                               1 Serving            Prep:1 min          Blend:2 min           Total: 3 min

Next up, I've got my peachy green tea shake, I love this smoothie because it's loaded with all of the antioxidant goodness of green tea.

 Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Silk Coconut
  • 1 cup greens
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup peaches, sliced
  • 2 tsp matcha green tea powder
Instructions:

1-We're getting started n this recipe with some coconut milk in my blender.

2-To that, we are going to add a heaping helping of greens, a banana and some frozen peaches.

3-Finally, let's add a few teaspoons of matcha green tea powder, If you are not familiar with it, it's this fine green powder but basically it's just a really condensed version all of the goodness of green tea that you can find in all store.

4-Press blend and enjoy :) 

                                                         Lean Mean Green Smoothie

                             1 Serving            Prep:2 min          Blend:2 min           Total: 4 min

Our final smoothie today is really good for you and taste like it's really good for you :), I should warn you there is no sweetness to this particular green smoothie it's actually a savory green smoothie, If you want a little bit of sweetness in it you can add an apple or a banana. 

 Ingredients:
  • ½ cup coconut water
  • ½ cup plain yogurt (optional)
  • 2 cups kale
  • ½ English cucumber
  • ½ avocado
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper


Instructions:

1-This recipe start's with a good splash of coconut water.

2-To that, I'm adding some clean greek yogurt, some greens, some cucumber and some avocado.

3- let's add a little bit of lemon juice for flavor and a pinch of cayenne pepper.

4- Press blend and enjoy.
