  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup pineapple.
  • 1/2 cup mango.
  • 1 cup kale.
  • 1/2 tsp ginger, freshly grated.
Instructions:

1-It all starts with some coconut milk in my blender and to that.

2-I'm adding some yummy tropical flavors like banana, pineapple and mango.

3-I'm also adding a whole lot of kale, don't I swear it's gonna work out :). 

4-I'm gonna finish this off with a little bit of ginger then press blend.  


                              2-Vanilla avocado Shake

                                 1 Serving            Prep:1 min          Blend:1 min           Total: 2 min

Next up on today's green shake extravaganza is my vanilla avocado smoothie. 

Ingredients: 
  • ¾ cup Silk Creamy Cashew
  • 1 cup greens
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 banana
  • 1-2 tbsp vanilla protein powder
Instructions:

1-This smoothie start's with some silk creamy cashew in my blender.

2- To that, I'm adding a whole lot of greens, some avocado and one banana for creaminess.

3- let's add some vanilla protein powder we're gonna blend all that up to get a delicious beverage that will keep you full until lunch.

                                                    3-Citrus Green Shake

Next, we've got our sweet citrus smoothie.

Ingredients:

  •  ¾ cup orange juice.
  • 1 cup baby spinach.
  • 2 clementines, peeled.
  • ½ avocado.
Instructions:

1-This one starts with some orange juice 

2-To that I'm adding a whole lot of spinach

3-Let's add the 2 peeled 2 clementines, You can really use any kind of oranges you want in this.

4-Finally, I'm going to add half an avocado for some creaminess and press blend.

                                                 Peachy Green Tea Smoothie

                               1 Serving            Prep:1 min          Blend:2 min           Total: 3 min

Next up, I've got my peachy green tea shake, I love this smoothie because it's loaded with all of the antioxidant goodness of green tea.

 Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Silk Coconut
  • 1 cup greens
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup peaches, sliced
  • 2 tsp matcha green tea powder
Instructions:

1-We're getting started n this recipe with some coconut milk in my blender.

2-To that, we are going to add a heaping helping of greens, a banana and some frozen peaches.

3-Finally, let's add a few teaspoons of matcha green tea powder, If you are not familiar with it, it's this fine green powder but basically it's just a really condensed version all of the goodness of green tea that you can find in all store.

4-Press blend and enjoy :)

Our final smoothie today is really good for you and taste like it's really good for you :), I should warn you there is no sweetness to this particular green smoothie it's actually a savory green smoothie, If you want a little bit of sweetness in it you can add an apple or a banana.

  • ½ cup plain yogurt (optional)
  • 2 cups kale
  • ½ English cucumber

                                 Tips To Make Your Smoothie Making Better


So to get started I'm going to share just a few tips to make your shake making better.

First, yo want to use frozen fruit the reason is you don't want to be watering down your shake with a whole bunch of ice.

Next, when it comes to using your blender be sure to add your liquid first near the blades, That's gonna help your blender run a little more smoothly.

Finally, don't be afraid of prepackaging your smoothies and leave them in the freezer.


                                            5 Healthy Breakfast shakes 

                                                                 Monday-Yellow Shake


I love this sunny tropical yellow shake to start off my week, It's perfect for a gloomy Monday morning to get you going.

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice.
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt.
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple, diced.
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango.
  • 1 banana, chopped. 
  • 1 tsp grated ginger.

Instructions:

So we're gonna start with a half a cup of pineapple juice, If you don't have pineapple juice you can use orange juice or even almond milk in this recipe.

To that, we are going to add a half a cup of greek yogurt, this is going to add a little bit of much needed protein in our shake.

Then we are gonna top it with some tasty fruits like some frozen pineapple, some mango, and some tasty banana.

Finally, we're gonna hit it with a little bit of grated ginger just to liven it all up and press blend, Monday morning breakfast is taken care of.

                                                            Tuesday-Orange shake  
      

  
It's not Monday anymore, Tuesday smoothie, So refreshing and full of nutrients that will help you to lose weight. 

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup orange juice.
  • 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt.
  • 1 small orange, peeled and frozen.
  • 1/2 peach, peeled and diced.
  • 1 carrot, grated.

Instructions:

We're starting with some orange juice, About half a cup.

To that, we're gonna add about a half a cup of greek yogurt for protein.

Then add one peeled frozen orange and one frozen, peeled peach.

Finally, one shredded carrot. 

                                                                Wednesday-Red Smoothie
   


I'm ready for something bright and beautiful like this ruby red shake that features watermelon, strawberries, and fresh raspberries, it's absolutely delicious.

Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup almond milk.
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt.
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries.
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries.
  • 1/2 cup frozen watermelon.

Instructions:

We are starting with a one fourth of a cup of almond milk.

Add some greek yogurt, I'm using vanilla flavored greek yogurt for this recipe.

Add your fruits, press blend and your  breakfast is ready. 

                                                            Thursday-Purple Smoothie



By the time Thursday rolls around you're stressed out to the max or at least I know I'm.

What better way to start your day than with a whole of antioxidant goodness.

This purple smoothie is so delicious and features some of the most antioxidant rich foods.

 Ingredients:
  • ½ cup pomegranate juice.
  • ½ vanilla Greek yogurt.
  • ½ cup frozen blackberries.
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries.
  • ¼ cup cherries pitted.  


Instructions:


Into our blender we are adding a half a cup of pomegranate juice, If you don't have it cranberry juice will also work.

Then we are going to add some vanilla flavored Greek yogurt.

Add your fruits, blend and enjoy. 

                                                                    Friday-Green Smoothie

Ladies and Gentlemen, congratulations you made it to Friday.

There is no way around green smoothies when it comes to weight loss.

So I'm going to show you my tasty green Friday shake.

Ingredients:
  • ½ cup orange juice.
  • ½ vanilla Greek yogurt.
  • ½ avocado, peeled.
  • 2 kiwis, peeled.
  • 1 handful of baby spinach. 
Instructions:

Alright, so it starts with about a half a cup of orange juice and a half a cup of vanilla flavored greek yogurt.

To that, we are going to add two peeled and frozen kiwis and then a whole avocado, Trust me on this one it's gonna add some creaminess and some texture. 

And now we are going to add a handful of green that you won't even taste them. 

you are going to absolutely love it. 

keep in mind that smoothies are an excellent place to improvise.

Best 3 Weight Loss Shake Recipes

The weight loss shake recipes in this post are not just "shakes recipes", they are healthy breakfast treats that have been cleverly designed for one purpose which is weight-loss.

I invented these healthy breakfast shakes recipes when I was in my weight loss getting into the best shape possible.

Although I tried so hard for years to lose weight I didn't achieve any of my goals.

I had tried a lot of diets, and so many workout and cardio plans but my weight didn't change as I wanted.

Eventually, I started to do even more research on the topics of fat loss, nutrition and training to find the answers.

During my quest to a healthy lifestyle, I started to realize the importance of calories for weight-loss.I also began to understand that eating and drinking clean and healthy food and getting proper minerals and nutrients is more important than counting calories, The body needs nutrients from food for fat-loss.

After 6 weeks of counting calories that I ate, I realized that "counting every calorie" was not the proper lifestyle that I wanted. 


                        Best 3 Weight Loss Shake Recipes


I made these 3 shakes recipes for two purposes which are weight loss and incredible taste these shakes are balanced, they are delicious and most importantly they are full of healthy nutrients.

Here are 3 of the healthy weight loss smoothie recipes that I have created to be delicious breakfasts.


                                         

                                                    Blueberry Shake


This is on of my favorite shake recipes ever it's so simple and refreshing but it's thoughtfully and I'm just obsessed with it.

Ingredients (Serves one): 
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 Medium banana
  • 1/3 medium avocado
  • pinch cinnamon and vanilla
  • 1/2 cup water (or as needed)
  • ice to make it cold
Instructions: 

Blend all ingredients together until smooth.

And now it's ready to drink this weight loss shake is so creamy and have such a pretty pink color although it's creamy it is very refreshing and that's why I love it.


Calorie Per Serve Breakdown:
  • 1 cup blueberries= 80 cal
  • 1 Medium banana: 100 cal
  • 1/3 medium avocado: 100 cal
Meal total= roughly 280 calories

                                                     chocolate Shake 


The second weight loss smoothie we're gonna make today is my favorite healthy chocolate shake, even though this recipe is chocolate it's a simple, healthy and perfect recipe. 
Ingredients (Serves one):
  • 2-4 teaspoon cacao powder (raw cocoa)
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1/3 medium avocado
  • pinch cinnamon and vanilla
  • 1/2 cup water (or as needed)
  • ice to make it cold (+tsp xylitol optional)
Instructions:

Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
And it's just pure chocolate deliciousness, it's gone so creamy and it's just perfect and it's even okay to have this shake for breakfast. 

Calorie Per Serve Breakdown:
  • 1 Medium banana: 100 cal
  • 1/3 medium avocado: 100 cal
Meal total= roughly 200 calories

                             THE BANANA-YOGURT Shake

The third and final shake that we are going to make today is the banana yogurt shake, This is such a simple recipe which is easy to make, refreshing and delicious.
Ingredients (Serves one):
  • 1 medium banana
  • 2/3 cup coconut yogurt or full cream yogurt (or another yogurt substitute)
  • pinch cinnamon & vanilla
  • 1/4 cup water (or as needed)
  • ice to taste

Instructions:

Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
Serve chilled and enjoy.

Calorie Per Serve Breakdown:

1 medium banana = 100 cal
2/3 cup full cream yogurt = 100 cal

Meal total: roughly 200 calories
